Thank you for visiting my website. Here you’ll be able to find out a bit more about me and the books I write.
And there’s the question: Why do I write? What could motivate a relatively sane person to spend hours each day hunched over a computer, isolated from family and friends, interacting with people who live only in her head?
I write for the same reason I read. I have to. It’s like breathing. I write because the story demands telling. The characters insist on a wider audience. And the words crashing around in my mind require the beauty and order of a perfectly-turned phrase.
That’s what I get from writing.
Here’s what I hope you’ll experience when you open one of my books – an adventure-filled journey where you’ll meet interesting people, travel to places you might never otherwise visit, laugh and cry at inappropriate times, and fall in love. Mostly, though, I hope you’ll forget, at least for a little while, that the dishwasher needs stacking and the bills need to be paid.
